1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service offered by Dafabet through dafabet-play.net or our mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

3Account Rules

Each Dafabet member holds a single account that serves as a digital wallet for all betting activity on the platform. The following rules govern account usage:

• One account per person: Owning or using more than one account is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts found will be terminated immediately, and any balances or winnings held within them will be forfeited.

Dafabet offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. However, all bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. The following general conditions apply to all Dafabet bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Welcome bonus of up to RM1,288 on your first deposit is subject to a minimum 10x wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. This bonus may only be claimed once per individual, IP address, mailing address, phone number, or payment method.
• Free Bet: Free bets cannot be withdrawn as cash. Only winnings derived from free bets are eligible for withdrawal, subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms.

• Prohibition on multiple accounts: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in the immediate termination of all such accounts and the forfeiture of all associated funds.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed through the Dafabet platform are subject to the following betting rules:

• Final bets: Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Dafabet system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases where Dafabet expressly permits a cancellation.
• Odds change: Displayed odds may change at any time. Bets will be settled based on the odds applicable at the time the bet is accepted by the system, not the odds shown when you clicked the bet button if a system delay occurs.
• Betting limits: Dafabet sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each market. These limits may vary depending on the sport, event, and your account status.
• Match cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled before it takes place, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account.
• Official results: Bet outcomes are determined by the official results declared by the relevant sports governing body. For Malaysia Super League and EPL football, only the 90-minute result counts unless otherwise stated.
• In-play betting: For live betting (in-play), Dafabet reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during a match, particularly following a goal, red card, or other unusual circumstances.
